1. The machine is an automatic intelligent linear filling machine, which adopts photoelectric sensor and electric pneumatic control. Full color touch screen human-machine interface, the whole filling process through the touch screen on the device can complete the filling volume, the number of filling head setting and automatic filling, the process basically realizes one key operation.

2. The whole machine is made of food grade stainless steel, which meets the food hygiene standard.

3. Self flow filling principle is adopted to prevent liquid overflow. The anti dripping filling head ensures the cleanliness of the filling process.

1. Advanced intelligent operating system: supported by PLC software, the adjustment only needs to set the target quantity on the touch screen, and the equipment can automatically increase or decrease the target quantity. Color touch display, touch screen to complete all operations, monitoring, operating instructions and other functions.

2. Stable filling and liquid replenishment function: adopting the principle of functional separation, no liquid filling in the filling process and no filling in the filling process, so as to overcome the instability of floating tank filling at the same time.

3. Automatic bottle mouth clamping function: This machine is equipped with bayonet device to ensure the consistency between bottle mouth and filling mouth when filling small capacity (glass bottle, etc.).

4. Wide range of application and convenient adjustment: it is suitable for filling most bottle types (especially special-shaped bottles). It overcomes the trouble of changing the dial when the rotary filling machine changes the bottle type.
