Reverse osmosis water treatment unit

The reverse osmosis purified water equipment with water output of 1 T / h can meet the requirements of high efficiency filling line. It is commonly used in distilleries, and also suitable for other production and living areas that need purified water.

1、 Program overview:

The process scheme is based on the requirements of users, reliable operation of the system, economic and reasonable principles, relevant design standards and specifications, combined with many years of engineering experience of our company, and urban tap water as raw water source.

2 T / h purified water equipment

The water treatment process of "pretreatment + single stage reverse osmosis" is adopted in the system. The design is reasonable, the operation is stable, and the quality of produced water meets the requirements. It has been applied and tested in many similar projects.

The equipment has the characteristics of convenient installation, easy use, convenient operation and maintenance, stable operation, energy saving, environmental protection, high degree of automation, economic and practical.

2、 Design description 

2.1 design basis

1) Raw water source: municipal tap water

2) Raw water quality: see the user water quality analysis report

3) User requirements: the water yield is more than 1 T / h (25 ℃), and the effluent quality meets the water quality standard of direct drinking water;

4) System water production requirements: the conductivity of the purified water can be kept below 10us / cm specified in the national standard, so as to ensure that the purified water for direct drinking can meet the national barreled purified water requirement (GB 17323-1998).

5) The design and manufacture of control equipment, measuring instrument and electrical equipment shall comply with relevant regulations and standards.
